Life is filled with consistent changes. Some changes may be more welcome than others. Our subconscious processes them all but our conscious mind may take a while to catch up. In the mean time life continues to change and we are faced with a decision to try and process what has already happened while also staying focused in the present and move toward the future. “Mindfulness meditation teaches ways to address previous life changes, present situations and options for clarity in the future.” Mindfulness meditation is offered in individual and general group sessions. There is a new focus covered each month in the group meditations. General group meditations are great for any stage of life, can be taken one at a time and are offered by Dr. Steph every Saturday morning at 8:00am.
