Service Description

Life is filled with consistent changes. Some changes may be more welcome than others. Our subconscious processes them all but our conscious mind may take a while to catch up. In the mean time life continues to change and we are faced with a decision to try and process what has already happened while also staying focused in the present and move toward the future. ​ “Mindfulness meditation teaches ways to address previous life changes, present situations and options for clarity in the future.” ​ Mindfulness meditation is offered in individual and general group sessions. There is a new focus covered each month in the group meditations. General group meditations are great for any stage of life, can be taken one at a time and are offered by Dr. Steph every Saturday morning at 8:00am.
