Service Description

Some changes may be more welcome than others. Our subconscious processes them all but our conscious mind may take a while to catch up. In the mean time life continues to change and we are faced with a decision to try and process what has already happened while also staying focused in the present and move toward the future. ​ “Mindfulness meditation teaches ways to address previous life changes, present situations and options for clarity in the future.” ​ Mindfulness meditation is offered in individual, general group, and focused group sessions. General group meditations are great for any stage of life and can be taken one at a time and are currently offered by Steph every Saturday morning at 8:00am. Focused group sessions are offered as an 8 week course with 2 sessions a week for a total of 16 sessions. ​ If you are interested in a focused group session, please send us an email to be put on a waiting list. Focused group sessions begin once 10 or more individuals have expressed interest in the focused area. Focused areas include; Grief, Anxiety, Stress and Mindfulness meditation techniques.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If reschedules or cancelations are made within 24 hours of the appointment, the client will only be refunded 50% of the service fee. Also, be aware that not showing up to an appointment will result in clients forfeiting their refund. "No Show, No Refund"
